Sunriver

Sunriver is a planned community located south of Bend along the east side of the Deschutes River and 17 miles from Mt. Bachelor.  This 3,300 acre resort development has 5 miles of Deschutes River frontage with a shopping village, a vacation resort hotel, parks, tennis, golf, 33 miles of walking/bike paths, two community pools, a new aquatic center planned to open in 2012, nature center and observatory, airport, and stables.

Three Rivers South

Three Rivers South is the area located just south and west of the Sunriver and North of the La Pine area that has a very diverse group of neighborhoods and price ranges. Three Rivers refers to the Little Deschutes River, Big Deschutes River and Fall Rivers that flow through this area. Three Rivers South includes the following neighborhoods.

Caldera Springs is the newest neighborhood in the area and includes lakes, manmade streams, par 3 Links course, golf park, lake house and bistro, quarry pool, private hot tubs, tennis courts and 9 miles of walking/biking trails.

Crosswater is a 600 acres spacious estate homes and homesites. Includes a 274 acre golf course with 200 acres of common area. Amenities include fishing, tennis, swimming and 3 miles of walking/bike trails. The Crosswater Club is a privately owned golf and social club.

Deschutes River Recreation Homesites have lots that average about 1/2 acre in size with some properties along the Deschutes River.

Fall River Estates has the scenic fly fishing only Fall River flowing through this neighborhood.

Lazy River is a neighborhood located along the Little Deschutes with a variety of lot sizes.

Oregon Water Wonderland is located mostly on the eastern side of the Big Deschutes and has its own water district with most of the lots serviced by their own sewer system.

River Forest Acres is a small development located along the west bank of the Big Deschutes River.

River Meadows located on the west bank of the Big Deschutes has community water and sewer systems, a community pool, and spa, tennis, and walking/bike paths.

Spring River is located along the scenic Spring River across the Deschutes River from Sunriver.

Vandevert Ranch is a 400 acre gated community with estate homes on very spacious home sites.
